We will help you choose the best interior colors to enhance the look of you property and make it more neutral, likable and appealing to a variety of potential home buyers. Staging Consultation - $250 for 2 hours. We will help you choose the best interior colors, furniture and decorative accents for your property. This will improve its overall appearance and it will appeal to a wider range of potential buyers, if you are planning to sell it. You will be provided with a step-by-step list of things that need to be fixed around your property, to increase its selling potential. If you are too busy for an in person consultation, we also offer online consultations. Just fill out the request form located in the Contact section. We will provide you with ideas and recommendations accompanied by an inspiration board, or a list of suggested actions, items and retailers. Partial Staging - Starting at $750. Agents and Brokers, please contact us for preferential rates. We will use some of your own furniture and decorative accents and will place additional ones (brand new or rentals) to help make the property more appealing to potential buyers. We will do furniture and accessories sourcing for you, while you take care of other more important things. Vacant Property Staging - Starting at $2000. Agents and Brokers, please contact us for preferential rates. It is difficult for potential buyers to visualize space use, furniture and accessories position in an empty property. We will add appropriate furniture and decorative pieces, which will enhance the property features. This will help potential buyers envision themselves as future owners.
